WORX WX820.9 Electric Sander - 3.0 Amp Power, 1/4 Sheet Palm Sander for Woodworking & DIY Projects - Perfect for Sanding Furniture, Floors, and Home Renovation

I own 3 Worx tools, all the Worx batteries fit and are interchangeable. Then I purchased the Sander. None of my batteries fit with this tool. I called Worx customer service, they couldn't understand why the batteries will not fit. Until now I've been happy with Worx tools.Everyone beware..... the batteries ARE NOT interchangeable.I really can not talk about its performance, I could not get the battery to fit and Worx customer support was totally useless. I had ordered the 4.0 battery because the 2.0 only lasted about 30 minutes. Worx insisted the battery I ordered would fit. I have worked with several battery tools, never had a problem fitting the battery to the tool. If you decide to buy this be prepared for problems.I love that it is battery operated and although my one did NOT come with a battery, I had the appropriate WORX one from an earlier purchase. Very powerful and , with the easily switched plates, very versatile. Love the fact that you can attach the " messy end " directly to a vacuum cleaner to take care of most of the dust instantly. Spare papers are easily obtained ( I use TACKlife and find them effective and durable ) does a great job with ease!This is my third WORX product and I love them all!I've bought a number of Worx products and am impressed with the quality. This is no different. Comes with a little bag for the sander and the accessories as well.I bought this for a number of recent DIY projects and it performed flawlessly. Thoroughly recommended.I am so glad I have purchase this multi change sander. I like the versatility changeable bits which you can choose depending on job you are doing. Highly recommended buying this item.Cannot fault this unit - sturdy and robust - used it a couple of times already and has done exactly as needed - have plenty of batteries to use with itThis is the best multi/interchangeable headed sanders ever. So esst to exchange sanding heads and hook n loop/vélkro pads make it a fast dream tool..
