I expected less, and I got it.Not available at homodepot to look at, the table is painted so I waxed it first and then used it. The plastic insert is pretty much a waste, really cheap, I don't expect it to hang around too long before I need to make something else.Easy to use and set up, nice storage for the spare sanding dowels parts and the belt sander. good thinking there,Dust extraction is also well thought out and works well.LOUD but I wear peltor radio muffs any how, so not a biggie.Lot of good thoughts on this unit, too bad quality is not really as good as expected for a Ridgid product.Crapped out after the third use, motor locked up and started smoking. contacted local authorized repair and was told they would't touch it. It's pice of Chinese junk get it out of here and no we won't ship it for you.Attempted to contact Ridgid no answer on the weekend.Warranty is great until you try to use it then it's just crap.Waste of $200.00
