What can you say about sandpaper? It sticks to the wheel and reduces the wood, but it does make your finished piece get rave reviews. How does he/she do that? It's good sandpaper, comes in a lot of grits to pare down any rough wood, and it is cost-efficient. Good product.All of us here like it and it performs as it should and is as good as some of the better known name brands that cost way more. Neither have they come off prematurely. They last about as long as other more expensive discs. I try hard to curb my tendency to leave sandpaper on a machine long past its useful life and want to eke out every gain of abrasive. Once you see that the paper is clogging - replace it.Form other reviews I noticed that people were having trouble with these discs sticking to their sanders. I always use an additional adhesive with sanding discs and have no problem with them coming unglued. There are lots of adhesives that will work. I have an old tube of Sears Sanding Disc Cement but there are many other alternatives. Locktite has a spray adhesive and 3M has a Feathering Disc Adhesive. However, sometimes getting them off can be tough.I use these on a belt /disc sander combo. They hold up pretty well and remove material quickly. I use them mostly for sharpening tungsten for tig welding (the tungsten does wear them pretty fast but tungsten is very hard. If the tungsten needs lots of work i use a hard wheel to get close then this to smooth it. they work fine for steel, wood and aluminum too.
