Comfortable with no break-in needed. Had to tighten the strap. Adjusting took a while as the strap was a bit stiff. Foot slips out when walking on stairs.Todo bienI liked the fact that I can tighten the straps to adjust the width of the shoe to my size. I have skinny feet and this solved the problem. So I'm pleased with the purchase.I thought i'd try these since they weren't available in ladies in black. They are a little wide. If I don't wear them, I will donate them.My feet sloped around in them for a month, and they often fell off my foot. Now they stay on, and I forget I have them on.I have tried to adjust these every way possible and they will not stay on my feet. I have given them ample time to "loosen up" but they are still just too stiff. Additionally the insole is very uncomfortable. It has kind of a "pebbled" surface that is very uncomfortable.I'm giving up on these and ordering Birkenstocks, which I know will be comfortable.Excellent purchaseVery happy with these sandals.
